Bricked iPhone 11 and lost photos

Small issue… My partners iPhone 11 has bricked, I think it’s a motherboard failure, it won’t respond to anything, plugged into a laptop, charger, attempted to hard restart it and still no luck.

I’ve taken it to an Apple shop and they can’t get it working either both Apple and a repairs shop have agreed saying the motherboard is the problem and to repair it would require a new motherboard… This brings me to the second part of the issue.

My partner has some sentimental photos and videos stored on this device and they’ve set all their passwords, including the iCloud account and email to a random password stored in Apple’s password manager which means we can’t get into the email account that’s linked either.

Now the email is locked, the phone unresponsive and if we were to fix the phone there’s a high probability that all the data we want from the phone will be lost in the process of replacing the motherboard.

With all of this, my question, is there at all a possibility of us being able to recover this data at all? And if it is possible is the only solution to send it to a data recovery centre to pay quite a high bill to get this fixed?
