Should I get a AC flush or just a recharge?

I have a 2012 Infiniti g37. In November my dad helped me replace my radiator. In the process he undid the pressurized AC coolant/refrigerant (I believe that is what it is called) it was fine for winter since I didn't need my AC. However it is getting hotter where I live and almost summer. I need to get it fixed. Everything online says to have a mechanic do it so I don't cause further issues. I am just not sure if I need to get both services done or just the recharge. I am completely clueless about cars and would appreciate the help.

Can someone help explain this to me?

This is using credit journey with Chase bank. I was going through to see what would be my best option to help rebuild my credit score. It says that having an account in collections would help boost my score by a significant amount. However everything I've read and know about collections says it almost always lowers your score. Why would they say this or am I just not understanding what it is saying?
