Crackles

Hi, guys I just wanna ask again if some of you experienced that if you don’t crack your breast bone or your chest by breathing . It will leave a pain, but if you crack it will relieve it. I remember this one time I was on a meeting, and I seem do not want to crack it because if I do ill need to breath obviously and I don’t wanna do that. After for about 30 mins when I went for break, and I feel chest pain. But after I crack it relieves it. I deal with days when it flares up or every other day. Hope you can help me understand.

BRAIN FOG.

Hi, guys. I have been diagnosed for panic disorder and it’s almost a year now, my curios question is how does anyone deal or relieve brain fog? Because after the very first panic attack I had the brain fog never stops from then. I just want to relieve it, and been having difficulty with concentration since then also. Hope anyone can help. Hi guys, I know this has been asked before in the sub but, I just wanna know how many of us guys deals with this unli popping sound on the chest or sternum. Which can also be loud to the point my partner can also hear the pop? Is it just me or how many are we?

Because it really also bothers me a-lot, I have this for a year now but it seems like it doesn’t go away. I use stress balls which can really also help me when I use it between my shoulders blades. I hope this will go away soon enough, Thank you in advance.
