I have a comed k rank of 6551 And interested in EEE ETE EIE however I won't be able to get these in the universal initial rounds of counselling so in order to just confirm my hostel I would have to take up MSRIT mechanical engineering. Just in case if I won't get any of these stated above how is mechanical engineering over here, what is the median package and placement percentage over the mechanical branch

Secondly how is EEE and EIE branch over here. The placements and the median package of these branches.

Looking forward to taking admission in any of the Electronic branches this year. Waiting eagerly for the counselling outcomes. Would be thankful to everybody here for the responses regarding the below:

1. How do the placement numbers look in the Electronic streams?
2. What skills are necessary to get going? I have just started learning C++ to familiarize myself with at least one of the languages.
3. How is the hostel life? Is it tough to get hostel allocated?
4. Anything that you guys think I should be knowing before going there/ or deciding to get admitted there?
