Got this in email today.

Our team has identified a known issue affecting Nest models in the current Birdfy App version 1.20.4. Due to this issue, certain device status information, including battery level, temperature, and humidity data, may not display correctly within the app.

Our developers have already addressed this issue, and the fix will be included in the upcoming Birdfy App version 1.20.7, which is expected to be released next week.

In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience while the updated app becomes available. Once the new version is released and installed, the battery level, temperature, and humidity information should display normally.

I was pleased to learn that I can now see my Birdfy/Netvue cameras LIVE on my PC. It doesn't yet allow access to recorded events there. It says, "Stay Tuned"
Does anyone have an 'inside track' on when that will be up and running? That would be SO MUCH better than just accessing it on my phone!

My Polygon Nest has been working fine. Suddenly when there's interest is some nesting, it has stopped responding to motion, so it never turns on to record action. Sent this in, no reply.

“Live view works. Manual activation works. Other cameras trigger normally. Hummingbird camera now triggers normally. Polygon Nest does not create motion events/clips at all. Camera has been shared with support. Please confirm Tier 2 has access and advise whether this requires firmware reset, replacement sensor/module, or unit replacement.”
