Core One Extrudes Blobs, Causes Layer Shifts

Hello! I've been having issues with the Prusa Core One extruding/leaking these blobs of burnt filament onto the print and then the nozzle collides into them, creating a layer shift that ruins the print. I'm using clear Prusament PETG filament. My current settings are the default Prusa Core One file in the Prusa Slicer, with the only changes being temperature set at 255 right now and ironing for top surfaces enabled at 15% rate. I've tried temperatures ranging from 220 to 260, but they all still cause this problem. I've also recalibrated the belt tensions and x & y multiple times, but this issue still occurs. I've finally tried cleaning the nozzle and reinserting it while hot to get a perfect seal (to prevent filament from leaking), but that didn't fix it either. I've also included relevant images of the slicing on cooling, perimeters, and temperature. Do any of you know how to stop this or have had experience with this issue? It's making this printer non-functional at this point, and I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help!!
