Excel formatting things like "2-2" as date, then when reformatting to text it inserts a random number

We have a user exporting information from a software to an excel sheet. One of the columns contains numbers like "2-2" "4-3" and so on. These are not dates, they are election precincts. They need to stay as they are.

When exported into excel, they are automatically converted into a date format. This wouldn't be a huge issue if I could reformat them into text properly.

If I try to change the format to text, or number, or anything else, it inserts seemingly random numbers. So it takes "2-2" and turns it into "02/02/2026" and then when formatting that as text, turns it into something like "46116"

Can I disable automatic formatting somehow? Or at least just have a way to format it back to it's properly original content?

Edit: We cannot type this information. Adding an apostrophe isn't a viable option because it's an exported dataset of thousands of entries.

Considering Switching from Lexapro to Prozac. Any experiences?

I've been on 10mg Lex since January, before that a few months of 5mg. I am going back down to 5mg in a few days because I feel flat and blunt and I've got lots of emptiness and depressive type symptoms returning. Lack of motivation, lack of excitement, I feel like less of the person I am.

I have always struggled with low energy in almost every scenario. I've heard that Prozac is more stimulating and more focused on depression and dabbles in compulsive thoughts related to OCD, which I have. I am hoping if I switch to it, it will give me just a little more pep in my step, at least enough to focus on what is really dragging me down and try to get it under control and get it figured out.

Does anybody have any experiences going from lex to pro? What was it like for you on Lexapro, and what was it like afterwards when you switched to Prozac?

Any experiences decreasing dosage?

There are tons of stories going from 5-10mg, but I don't see many about going from 10-5mg, and am curious about peoples experiences, even at different dosage changes.

I have felt depressive symptoms return and just overall flatness and less excitement in things, less appreciation for things. I think in the few months I was on 5mg, 90% of my depressive symptoms were gone.

A lot of my anxieties are under much better control now, and I think it would be a good step to take, lower dosage and learn how to manage it again. I would like to one day be able to come off of medication, my anxieties that caused me to get on medication were a one off thing that flared up due to an event, but my depression is always persistent. if anything, I would like to come of Lexapro someday and try Prozac.

But I digress, any experiences decreasing the medication? What should I expect?
