I don’t think it’s weird to want to keep the corpses of your dead loved ones

I don’t think it’s weird to want to keep the corpses of your dead loved ones. Yes I know it’s unsanitary, smelly, and they’ll still decay anyway but even still I understand wanting to see them even if it’s just a husk and bones in the shape of a person. I think it’d be wonderful if it became affordable and available for people to have hi-tech visble caskets that preserved dead bodies so you could still look at them whenever you wanted to, I feel that a urn of ashes just doesn’t do enough to provide their presence. I know it sounds weird to most people and not the best idea but emotionally I get it and wish it was an option.
