SPIDEY + SHE-HULK again [OC]

I’ve always loved the trope where superheroes get whisked away to fantasy worlds

Gonna be honest: when I first saw a pic of Spider-Man, this pic of the Raimi suit: I thought he looked like a villain

I was 5 at the time. Years later, I think it was the eyes that weirded me out as a kid.

I typically like KyuYong Eom, but this MJ face is terrifying for some reason

As much I loved Spider Man 2 but I have to admit that this guy is probably The most pointless character/plot device in any spider man movie

What I mean is that this guy has the most poorly written introduction to an absolutely pointless character when j jonah jameson says he needs Peter Parker for the big party for an American hero his son the astronaut even it’s so weak even j Jonah Jameson couldn’t save it because it’s probably the most forced unnatural introductory line of my son the astronaut

Let me repeat this not only is this guy an astronaut but he’s also The son of Peter Parker’s boss J Jonah Jameson And he’s also marring Mary Jane Watson there some big qualities about him

Like here’s the question what does he even do what do you remember about him you can’t because you don’t know a god damn thing about him and you might think this guy would be interesting and probably play a big part seeing what an impact he makes on everybody and i guess he really doesn’t make an impact on anybody

Mary Jane and him share maybe two scenes together him and his father (JJJ) don’t even share any scenes together at all And we never even see him do anything space related like What is the Purpose of this guy? Just someone for Mary Jane to leave that’s pretty lame on its own

Mary Jane says that he scene her show five times which is strange and weird even came backstage to borrow cash which is odd for someone who came to their show five times

And yes I know he has a name in the film (John) but it was mentioned two times in the entire movie but honestly that is all he is in this film Son The Astronaut he’s the only plot device I think it’s legit bad in this movie because you could cut him out and you wouldn’t miss a thing

He’s barely in the movie, there’s no reason to make him J Jonah Jameson’s son, he has no personality as there no time to give him one and there’s no reason to have him marry MJ except that’s what every 90s rom com was doing so they think it’s perfect for a 2004 flick for some reason

I guess the idea is to build up all the rough and bad stuff happening with Peter Parker but the more I rewatch spider man 2 there’s already enough you can cut him out and still get the Same amount of pressure and guilt if anything it makes Mary Jane look douchey she’s apparently at a point where she’s ready to marry this guy but she’s still putting the moves on Peter Parker I mean what was this a month ago even when aunt may says that “miss you can you believe that in two years next month says he was taken” yeah that scene didn’t even happen yet so it’s safe to say she’s ready to marry this guy and yet She’s Still hitting on Peter Parker (her ex boyfriend) not even ex boyfriend just ex friend friend

In the deleted scenes and even the extended cut of the movie they did explain this a bit more at least adding to her character a bit but in the theatercal cut This Is Entirely Pointless

And I don’t know why but I thought maybe this guy is going to be Venom and wouldn’t that make a lot of sense? You could have him go to outer space find the symbiote and then have it get attached to him and he would have a possible reason to go after Peter Parker who stole MJ from him it’d be a lot better than getting topher grace from that 70s tv show (that should not be named) and hatedly putting a backstory together for At least this guy did have a backstory going for him even if it did lead to no character Hell Bruce CampBell was more developed than this guy

But what are your guys thoughts?

I wish we could've seen a 3rd Spider-Man game in this continuity. What villains and guest stars would you have included?

We need this

He is literally perfect to play an older spider man . I hope , if he returns in the Avengers movies , they give him this look.

How Would You Feel About Raelith Becoming Peter’s Partner/Ally?

Firstly, I don’t mean “Partner” in a strict romantic sense, rather, as someone who can keep up with his super powered life and assist him on missions and other matters.

Previously, that title was mostly held by Black Cat, Felicia Hardy, but seeing as how she’s becoming much more of an independent character and how she’s slowly moving away from Peter’s circle and into her own; how would you feel if Raelith took that place?

Personally, I really like Raelith. I think she’s one of the better supporting characters that have appeared in ASM for a long while. She seems to actually care about Peter, is able to keep up with him, reminds him of the mundane, and also doesn’t have such a messy past history with Peter.

Though I don’t have high hopes due to editorial, I’d like to know your opinions, and if you could make her a long-term partner for Peter, would you?

Lmk your thoughts and opinions

Norman is Everywhere Now.

So Joe Kelly and Jordan Morris even got Joshua Williamson in on the "Norman is good now" movement. Most of these people are probably just banking on the fact that Peter is trusting him. But even still, for this dude to be on the "New Illuminati"... Yea he's definitely being written into enough plots for people to believe he's good now.

What do you think about this? Think he could really fool someone like Mr Fantastic or Steve Rogers? Also, has Norman been sighted in anyone else's comics lately? Seeing him in Iron Man issue 6 was already a shocker to me.

We need to stop the back logo erasure

It’s the only thing holding the brand new day suit back from being literal perfection

To all the Green Goblin Fans, what made you a fan in the first place

I would consider myself a fan but I love Gobby (if you get what I mean). You can probably guess but for me it was William Defoes version who got introduced me into Green Goblin and I still consider his to be the best marvel cinematic villain we ever had
