Jackery and solar panel 0% input

I have a jackery homepower 3000 and solarsaga 200. I have the solarsaga plugged into the homepower, but I’m getting 0% input. I’ve moved the solar panels around, tried both solar panels I have, and still no input. I was able to charge my phone from the usb cord on the solar panel, so I don’t think that’s the problem. Our power has been out since yesterday and our estimate for restoring power isn’t until Monday. Please help!
