New Benchmarks feature is fantastic.

I have 1% allocated to SPY in my pie to track performance comparison, but with the new benchmark I can compare to so much more. LOVE IT.

THANK YOU!

Problems with your app to production? I want to hear about them!

Hey everyone, I’m trying to better understand what it’s actually like to take a Lovable-built app from prototype to production.

For folks who have launched or are seriously preparing to launch a real app on Lovable, what pain points have you run into?

A few things I’m especially curious about:

  • Did hosting costs become hard to predict once real users started using the app?
  • Were there any limits around scaling, performance, or traffic spikes?
  • Did you feel like you had enough visibility into the underlying infrastructure?
  • How easy was it to manage logs, errors, environment variables, secrets, backups, or database changes?
  • Did you eventually feel like you needed to move parts of the app off Lovable/Supabase/etc.?
  • Were there any “Day 2” operations issues after launch that surprised you?
  • Did you need to bring in a developer to clean up, review, or productionize the app before going live?

Not trying to dunk on Lovable. I’m genuinely interested in where it works well versus where the production path gets harder as the app starts getting real users, data, and cost.

Would love to hear specific examples, good or bad.
