Courier Information Needed
Hi,
Hello Fresh customer service and NY corporate numbers are completely useless!
The courier that delivers to my house keeps ignoring my instructions, I keep complaining...
Hello Fresh keeps assuring me they've "escalated" and will "fix" the issue.
Also my carrots... never wrapped anymore, always bendy and useless by the time they arrive.
I've asked both phone numbers for Hello Fresh for the information on their couriers... they refuse to give me these numbers.
Can anyone out there, help me to find this information out?
I want to call the courier myself to get this issue resolved.
If Hello Fresh is able to see that there are different couriers for different days, then they obviously know the names of the companies that are delivering.
I could really use some help because I'm absolutely sick and tired of them ignoring my delivery instructions!
