I've heard many recommendations from stores on TaoBao. I attempted to even just view their items and even switched to CN language/interface but it only says I can't buy from outside China.
I've heard of third-party forwarding services but it would add more shipping costs.

I've read that using silicone sealant for gaps could fix my problem but I am not sure if that is a safe solution.
The easiest fix is to just buy another tea tray, but I'm planning on buying something on the pricier side next but I do not have the budget for it yet, and I also don't want to just waste this tea tray that I already have 😅
