How to make tea taste naturally sweeter without sugar?

I really like tea and one of my favorite teas is hibiscus or wild berries but I keep adding way too much sugar because I can’t really drink it without it. I’m not the type of person who likes spending a lot of time learning how to brew tea correctly or doing complicated recipes. I’m more looking toward finding ways to make it quickly taste sweeter without completely filling it with sugar. I’m open to suggestions if you have a specific tea that you naturally find sweet on its own or something simple that makes tea taste better fast. I just don’t want to spend time experimenting with what I might or might not like.

Anyone tried Yunnan Sourcing?

Has anyone tried ordering from YS? That's one of the online shops I always see recommended and was browsing their list of teas. Kind of interested buying from there, and not very familiar with different kinds of tea and sources pa. Thank you!

Who wants a free tea set?

Giving away bits and pieces from the first set/s I ever owned as I don't really use it anymore, figured it should be better served by someone who wants to start out with this hobby! DM me if you want it, it comes with a gaiwan, a small gongdao cup, and 3 teacups, as well as a strainer.

EDIT: Someone claimed it na!

what tea does philippine airlines serve?

I recently flew with Philippine Airlines, and as someone who doesn't drink tea, I got curious and tried it. I also had it on my return flight because I liked it so much. Does anyone know the brand or at least the flavor?

Tumbler for loose tea?

I recently went back to office. Hybrid after soo many long years. I dont own a car so bringing a mug is out of question. I also dont have specific seat sa office since 4x a month lang kami - nirereserve lang seats namin so di rin ako makakapag iwan ng mug sa office.

Nag-SB/zus coffee mga kasama ko akd I cant keep up since gastos siya and honestly I just prefer tea. All of my tea is loose leaves. I dont have time to prep the tea since night shift and need ko pa magluto and byahe pagkagising. I just plan to add loose tea sa tumbler and not clean, brew tea for x times since minsan lang naman sa office. I can do it on other days na lang.

Any suggestions? 😭

Tea routine and noticeable changes?

Hello everyone, can you share your tea routine? Been drinking on and off since last year. ☺️
Ngayon nalang ulit ako trying to make it regular as possible and here’s my routine:

Morning - green tea 350ml (using loose leaf tea from The Good Harvest)
Afternoon - I re-brew the tea I had in the morning (Idk if this is okay?)

Noticeable changes - wala akong cramps na nararamdaman during mens ko, but I also do walking in the morning aiming for 10k steps.

Can you share yours and feel free to drop some tips 🤗

Where can I buy Taiwanese oolong teas online from the Philippines?

Good day! Where can I buy quality Taiwanese teas online here in the PH? Thanks.

I bought a box of high quality Alishan Oolong tea from my recent visit in Taiwan and brewed it gongfu style. Tasting it was life changing and I'd like to buy more and try other variants.

Sweeteners for tea?

I'm looking for any tea recipes or anything that you liked adding to your tea. I'm new to tea drinking and while I'm familiar with chai, I would like to explore between different drinks due to my health issues. And avoid caffeine as well. If you know any brands that are caffeine free teas, please let me know.(tea bags only as I'm having difficulty with measuring and mixing with loose tea)

Please let me know your suggestions and I'm open with any kind of tea. Thank you in advanced

A little Huangshan Maofeng

Got this from one of our r/tsaaph members who has a tea pasabuy!

Google Lens search results: Huangshan Maofeng ("Yellow Mountain Fur Peak") is a renowned top-ten Chinese green tea produced near Anhui's Huangshan Mountain. Known for its light, orchid-like aroma and sweet, mellow flavor, it consists of early spring buds and one leaf, covered in fine white hair.

Clean, crisp, slightly sweet aftertaste. Love seeing the leaves sink signaling it's time to taste.

Do you guys drink tea more for taste or health?

I originally started getting into tea more because of the health side of things. I kept seeing people talk about digestion, stress, blood pressure, cutting back on coffee but the longer I’ve been drinking tea, the more I realized taste and the actual routine matter way more to me than I expected. Now I look forward to making tea during the day especially smoother teas that don’t need sugar to taste good. It kind of became my replacement for soda and coffee without me forcing it.
