Can anyone help me identify what type of armor this is?

I believe it’s some sort of riot armor (hence why i almost always see it on cop zombies in media) but I can’t seem to find any official name or information on the armor. Any help would be appreciated.

Bug with the Monte Cassino event.

I’ve unlocked all of the event weapon orders, but it won’t let me purchase ANY of the guns. It says I don’t have any orders. Am I a dumbass who missed something or is it a bug?
