Weird bug that is happening.
In this video I show that my all damage gets higher as I remove my charm... my charm that has all damage on it.. and is responsible for my set bonus and my blood mad idol being active.. if you look the idol is active but im not recieving its buff or ... many buffs for that matter.
As when not bugged my all damage is about 12k
Which allows me to deal about 3 trill damage.
But when bugged I hard cap at 400 bill.
I do my best to show in the video everything thats happening in real time. This bug is annoying me to the ends of the earth as it is any time I load into content.
So the first floor of undercity/ pit / lairs / dungeons/ etc. Most of the time I just have to unequip something
Not i said something as its not just the charm that fixes it.
And reequip it.
But in some content I cant do that such as karst undercity or the tower.
