I've been seeing a larger than expected discrepancy in the fuel range estimate. I am curious to see if anyone here knows what I am missing

So my data is;

• Trip A has an avg of 10.2L/100km over 880km (I use this trip as my oil change counter)
• Trip B has an avg of 10.1L/100km over 520km (I reset this trip after every fill-up)
• With 520km of the tank I have an estimated range of 20km, the fuel light is on at this point.
• It took 54.482L to fill the tank.

The tank has a capacity of 62.8L, and with my trip B avg I should be seeing 620km of range. The difference between the cars estimate and my math is 80km. I understand the car is always going to underestimate the range but 80km seems a bit excessive. Then again that is 13% margin so maybe its not so crazy of a difference.

Does anyone else see something similar? Is the just standard Subaru range estimation?
