PLEASE help me find this one song (Japanese, not Vocaloid)

So around mid-February of this year, I came across this one short animation on TikTok where a few characters were doing simple dance moves to an upbeat Japanese song that was being sung by a male singer (87% sure it wasn't a Vocaloid). I also remember learning how to type the romanized version of the title and listening to the full thing on YouTube, but forgot all about up until now.
The animation had a simplistic anime artstyle (not chibi) and it initally had a bright maroon colored background before changing as new characters had their turn dancing. I even remember watching a fan animation of that official TikTok short MV but with Bocchi the Rock's main cast of characters.
I THINK the song had guitars in it but it wasn't particularly rock, more like an upbeat anime-styled theme.
The chorus vaguely sounded along the lines of "kimi se nattegaika" or "kimete nattegaika" (I unfortunately don't speak Japanese so this is the best I've got 😭).
I've also used a BPM measurer recently and it was around 130 BPM (though I'm not sure if that's useful information lol).
