Will punk be punk if the ideology becomes the standard?

This might be a dumb question, but because punks's ideology is based on not conforming to the right/mainstream ideology (as far as ik) if the leftist, anti establishment and capitalist etc ideology becomes the standard typical mindset, does punk not be punk anymore?
