. So i Woke up all of a sudden abhi coz of a bad dream (sleeping issues)...and I wanna know if anyone is up for a chat?💔💔😭

Sapne me i was sleeping and koi room me aaya with a knife and I could not move couldn't wake up (kinda like sleeping paralysis pr it happened in the dream???)...idk lol weird shit and now I'm up and acted and with a very weird sa mood 😞😭

I've had sleeping issues for a while now so if you have any recommendation with that then you can mention thattt toooo

And ye pehli baar nhi hua so I'm not panicked or shi but yea just can't sleep ig
