Accor bonus not credited
Hi guys
I recently transferred around 52k points from my hsbc to Accor.
I had done registration on 5th August for the Accor festival followed by spending 1.2L eligible amount as confirmed by hsbc support too.
But upon transferring Accor points I only recieved original amount. No bonus was credited.
Any facing the same issue?
