Low test. Need some advice
I’m a 34m 6’4 and started going to the gym December of last year and my starting weight was 260. Dexascan showed me at 38% body fat.I lifted heavy and ate between 2000- 2500 calories depending on the day. With more averaging around 2200ish and all my food was weighed in a sale with a focus on eating 160-200grams of protein. I only lost a couple pounds between December and February but was seeming inches lost of measurements. I got blood work done to see why I was having a hard time losing weight and had my testosterone checked.
In feb my score was 204 for total testosterone and i referred to an endocrinologist. I had blood work done at the endocrinologist and showed me my total testosterone at 278. They laid out my options and due to me not really having any symptoms I decided to do nothing as I was still progressing in the gym and wasn’t really feeling sluggish. The only other symptom I had low libido and I attributed that to the amitriptyline 75mg I take for sleep for chronic insomnia. I know poor sleep affects testosterone but that should only be about 15-20%.
In march I started on retatutride at 2mg every 5 days and after 6 weeks I have upped it to 4mg every 5 days. And ive went from 252 - 230 as of yesterday and still eating the same amount maybe more around 2000 calories on average. So thats working great but over the last 2 weeks I have felt incredibly exhausted and tired. My sleep is worse then usual so I had my blood work done again and these were my results between feb and may

I have other labs with these but I believe these are the relevant ones for now..
I will be getting blood work again this week to back up the previous may report. But at this point the endocrinologist believes some sort of intervention is needed. So I guess my questions are is this due to my calorie deficit being a little excessive and I should raise my calories and my test should come back or should I start looking into enclo/TRT? I’m not looking for medical advice just curious if others have been in my place.
