Living in Denmark, first time going out from my country.
Hi, I'm about to move to DTU to start my MSc program. Since I have never had a chance to move out of my country, I'm feeling a little anxious.
So, there are a few things I would like to ask regarding the culture and living in DTU, Copenhagen, and the Danish community.
My background is East Asian culture, and Denmark is not a familiar country to people from my country when it comes to moving or living abroad. Also, it seems like Asians are a minority there. So, is it fine to live in Denmark as an Asian person?
I wish to become more familiar with English after my two years of study. At first, I was thinking of going to an English-first-language country, but DTU offered such a good curriculum and program. I found that Denmark has a very high level of English proficiency, but I would like to ask about real-life experiences.
Do DTU students move to other countries a lot for jobs after graduation, or do they mostly stay in Denmark and Copenhagen?
