Recently discovered this white spot on my upper gun right above a tooth.
Noticed it today, but recall some irritation a couple days ago, just never looked before.
Has minor irritation when touched. Does not wipe off. Slightly rougher texture than the rest of my gums when rubbing my tongue over it.
43 Male.

2017 Grand Caravan
Slight RPM bouncing / fluctuations seen on the tachometer.
The video shows it at idle in park, but also does it while driving under constant load / speed where the RPM is consistent.
I actually don’t hear the engine increasing / decreasing in speed (but could be happening).
Any idea what may cause this?
I have a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The passenger side sliding door looks like it needs an adjustment in / out.
The front of the door needs to come out to match the front passenger door. The back of the door needs to go in more to match with the rear panel.
Top and bottom seem to align. Same thing with front to back. Both seams look similar / straight.
Just needs to be adjusted in and out.
Does anyone know if this is a hard fix? Any guidance you can provide?
