I played the most interesting game of heroes. I played as castle and my tavern drew the hero who turns archers into sharpshooters AND the hero that turns monks into enchanters. I also drew sir mulloch for the +2speed to all units (and a 350 gold hero). Diplomacy allowed me to get a lot of extra archers and monks to convert. I ended up with roughly a thousand sharpshooters and eight hundred enchanters.

My sharpshooters slaughtered all before them up until the final battle with the ai when six thousand skeletons teleported into them and killed them. I still won though, due to my two hundred and something champion stack
