Just did a MV comparison, not accounting for dmg% or anything like that just raw scaling, and noticed smth.
Might be seeing wrong because I'm high on this buff but still, I'm seeing that a stellar Endseer E has almost as much MV as Nefer's CA with Lauma.
Again, I might be seeing things because i'm high, but considering that they are both doing a special rxn dmg type and getting similar dmg bonuses to that type.....Nefer does have a better set as well, but assuming similar builds,
wouldn't it be possible
