Newly built build - worried about 12v-2x6 cable to GPU bend/integrity

Hey everyone,

Just got around to finally building a new build. Put it all together, am happy with the cable management as I've never bothered before.

However, when I put my 5070 Ti in and hooked the 12v-2x6 (I think thats what it is) in, I wanted it to look flush and neat, so I spent abit of time fiddling with it, bending it and shaping it abit plugged in, etc to get it somewhat decent.

Now after googling that there apparently should be a 3.5cm space before the first bend, I'm worried I may have done damage and may fry/melt my cables/gpu down the track with what I've done.

I also can't seem to find any replacement anywhere as my PSU is NZXT C850 (2024) 850W. And don't know if any third party cable would be fine.

Is my cable/gpu safe or should I perhaps just get a replacement (don't know where from) and re-do it?

Thanks

First build in ~5 years. Opinions?

Hey!

Looking at finally building a new pc after rocking my ~5 year old (3070, 5600x) build. Was going to do it earlier, but prices were insane (still are), but at the moment there are decent sales on almost everything I'm looking at. Wanted to future proof as well, and will end up giving my current pc to my partner.

No real budget, but tried to save a few $$$ on stuff like SSD, cpu fan, etc. Just looking for advice on if it's a good build, if there's anything I should/could change out, your opinion on anything regarding it.

Thank you
