No phone service

I have been having no phone service most of the day today. Was on chat with an “agent” and they managed to disable my data and texting as well for awhile. Finally got that back up and now phone still isn’t working. Trying to start a chat again since my wife’s phone is working now but mine still isn’t. They finally said it’s a regional network issue after making me do so many things to my phone. But now I can’t even connect to support when my wife’s phone has started working and mine still isn’t. Chat is telling me to please try again later to connect to an agent.

Thinking of switching to Ringconn gen 3

I have had a Oura ring gen 3 for the past 3 years. I am a male so don’t use cycle tracking. I have an Apple Watch for all my workouts that I send to the Oura app. I like the Oura readiness score, sleep score and the adapting activity score (it going up when my readiness is good and down when it’s not) I don’t really use the Oura advisor, or the meals feature or the meditation stuff in the Oura app. I like the cardiovascular age, the stress and chronic stress measurements and sleep stuff.
With the announcement of the Oura gen 5 I’m a little frustrated. They upped the base price by 50 so now it’s 399 for the base model. I think I got my gen 3 for 299? They removed half the gen 4 options and didn’t discount the cheapest gen 4 at all. This itself seems a little odd to me. Especially the removal of multiple of the ceramic colors that I feel like just came out.
With all that being said I have been looking at ringconn gen 3 and wondering if it would be a good replacement. I have read the app is just data heavy, but has been getting more user friendly with readiness type scores like oura has. If it can give me a good easy to read score and insights to improve I would think of switching to that. If it can take my Apple Watch workouts and add it to their activity score easily and not double up if I track a workout with my watch and still have my ring on I would probably switch to ringconn. Just getting to the point where Oura price is just too much.
