Can someone tell me why my account has TWO ACTIVE subscriptions??? One on the apple app store and one on the web. I don’t even use the website!! I go to check my bank statements and I’VE BEEN BEING CHARGED DOUBLE FOR THE PAST SIX MONTHS!!! Before you ask, I am 1000% certain the apple bill is also c.ai as I also don’t have any other active subscriptions. When I click the web one it doesn’t even give me the option to cancel!
