Hi everyone!
My partner and I are looking for a place to move into around the end of this month.

Requirements:
1BHK or 2BHK
Semi-furnished
Budget:
1BHK: Up to ₹25k
2BHK: Up to ₹40k

If it’s a 1BHK, it’ll be just the two of us.
If it’s a 2BHK, a friend will also move in and we’ll split the rent.

We’re specifically looking for couple-friendly places where the owner is okay with an unmarried couple renting.

Preferred locations: Near IIT Delhi and ISI Delhi (e.g. Hauz Khas, Ber Sarai, Jia Sarai, Katwaria Sarai). We’re also open to other South Delhi areas like Malviya Nagar, Vasant Vihar, R.K. Puram, Safdarjung Enclave, Green Park, etc.
