I wonder if Guelta did experiments on Jing to boost his powers or give him new ones given how different he looks(changed his eye and hair color...although his eyes look to be technological.

He was able to create all those clones, so there's a chance he has another power besides Modding now.

...And Gueltan guy, since Ubrega is with them...unless it turns out Ubrega is somehow a woman with a beard(which is both unlikely and likely given how surprising Ishida can be).
