So i had placed an order and i thought it was supposed to be delivered by dhl to my house? The package was shipped from indonesia to west virginia in the US. I got an email saying that my package was ready to picked up; normally i’d be fine with picking up a package but the service point that the package was delivered to is over 100 miles/3 hours away. The online chatbot was useless as well as the support number. The bot told me to call and when I did it was a bot who just told me it was ready to be picked up. Please help!
