Raleigh police say man's hanging death in downtown was a suicide
Raleigh, N.C. Chief of Police Rico Boyce tells reporters that the hanging death of a Black man in downtown has been classified as a suicide and there is no evidence of foul play. Boyce also warned of misinformation on the case on social media.
