I've been singing karaoke for about five years and, to my ear, Karafun tracks tend to sound closer to the original arrangements than anyone else's. But just within the past few months, I've spoken with two different KJs who say they prefer Sound Choice. (One implied I only preferred Karafun because it was "what I'm used to.")

Which app do people prefer--Karafun, Sound Choice, or something else? Does anyone think Sound Choice's tracks sound closer to the original arrangements than Karafun's? What am I not hearing? For those who prefer Sound Choice, why?

I've been finding myself stuck when choosing what song to sing next. Over the past five years, I've sung about 200 songs at least halfway decently (and about fifty more that were disasters). I want to be able to shuffle my "good" list and have a song suggested for me to repeat. I'm not looking for a completely random song suggestion; I know there are apps out there that will do that, but I want to be able to choose a song from the list I already have.

Does anyone know of an app that will do this? A program that will actually save my list (so I don't have to retype all 200 entries every time) and sort it in a new random order at the push of a button, so a different one comes out on top each time? I know I can do something like this by creating a macro, but I have to believe there's an easier way to do it.

Can anyone recommend a tool for this? I'm on a Windows machine. Thanks in advance.
