32F nonsmoker, drink maybe 1x per month. No meds or current conditions.

White dot above my crown/dental implant for the last week. Not raised, no pain, if I poke it with a Q tip it’s a little bloody. Not getting worse but also not shrinking. Gums are occasionally a darker red above this tooth.

Curious if this is just a scratch from brushing or potentially more serious and worth making an appt.
