Love this piece from my collection. It's massive!

I love these little guys... They are not attached and we're not produced that way.

They are individual pieces. I have a couple graded ones too

Prepper Silver manufactured by Local Silver Mint... (25) 1/10th ozt .999 fine silver in each silver bitz and in their awesome, high quality all metal dispenser with clip. It'll hold 50 at once I believe.

Unique stuff.

I'm really intrigued to pour this silver cube first... This is a really deep mold... Supposed to hold 2.5 - 3 ozt and I think it could potentially hold 3.5 and will be excellent to perhaps make some homemade dice using the laser engraver to do it. B-Cuz of all the flat surfaces, I could put different designs on any side as well as numbers. This is going to make for some interesting pieces. I have other ideas as well and I welcome anybody else's ideas...

The next one is the silver button... Which is supposed to hold about 2.5 ozt but looking at it I think it'll probably take closer to 3+ozt. We will see.

And the last one is the hexagon silver skull and that one is supposed to hold about 2.5 ozt but I think it'll take more as well.

Because of all the possible metals that could be poured into these molds they never have the right numbers... They're always off for whatever it is you want to pour. But we will figure it out.

Got a few different molds coming today... the one I'm really excited about is this hexagon skull round... I think it's about a 2.5 to 3 ozt of silver per... I think It'll pair nicely with the 3ozt skull pirate coin and the 5 oz skull... We will find out soon enough.

I've seen a lot of .999 silver dice sets but these 2 in my personal collection from Ag47 Mfg. are still my favorites of ALL-TIME.

Pouring more of these next week. Usually they are about 1.4ozt to 2.0ozt in weight with most in the 1.8ozt range. Each one is laser hallmarked with actual individual weight, blaze bullion logo and .999 Fine Silver.

The Soothing Sounds of 10ozt Scottsdale .9999 Silver Grain bouncing off the inside of the graphite crucible getting ready to be melted.... is 🎶music to my ears🎶

This pirate round came out nearly perfect... It was polished, laser hallmarked and added to inventory.

The remaining silver generic rounds were put into the remelt pile for later use.

The pyramid and the second silver round were both put back in the recycle pile to be remelted as they did not meet my standards.

The other three pieces were beautiful and went on to be polished, get laser hallmarked and we're added to the inventory.

For those of you that will comment that I did not heat up the molds enough and if there was water in there it would blown up... The molds were preheated before I touched them up with some heat right before pouring. They were in the 400 to 500° range, plenty to make sure there was no moisture in the molds whatsoever and thanks to a nice precoating of boron nitride spray aerosol... a high temperature, dry lubricant and release agent... There was no pitting in the fine silver!

You'll have to excuse the video during the pour as I am still learning to try and coordinate everything at the same time during pouring.

Pouring is not new to me... Videotaping while pouring is new to me.

This is an example of our new laser Hallmarking which allows us to easily and accurately show the individual weight of each piece of Blaze hand-poured silver.

Getting ready to pour some tikis and 3rd eyes tomorrow morning using 4 - 9's fine Scottsdale silver shot.

Gonna pour another 20ozt as soon as my new graphite molds arrive in the mail today.

I had a few requests to show my setup for silver pouring...

This is just the melting area. I have separate stations for stamping or engraving, testing metals, tumbling and polishing stations, ECT.
