FLIPKART IS WORST
so basically this started last saturday (9 may) when i placed the order of my lenovo legion 5 rtx 5060 from flipkart where i was getting the resale value of 27.5k for my lenovo i3 10th generation, so i thought it was a good deal and i snatched it with additional 30k discount on sbi card at the time of sale.
now skipping to 5 days of expected delivery date, we waited patiently for the order to get delivered because the flipkart status was showing that the order is out for delivery FOR 2 DAYS but no contact number of delivery executive- but guess what it does not get delivered on the given date and then they push the delivery date to 16 may. i called the customer care repeatedly and even talked to their senior and in the end all they were informing me was the same thing i could see on flipkart portal. so i thought of waiting for some more time on 16 may expecting that they'll deliver today. but at 4pm i lost all hope of delivery and then i googled the location of my nearest hub and reached there myself and i brought my lenovo laptop there which i was meaning to exchange, and then they made me wait 2 hours there and they called an exchange specialist finally and then they exchanged it and gave me my laptop from the hub.
they told me that they would have cancelled the delivery after 3-4 days or you wouldve cancelled it yourself because they did NOT have any laptop exchange professional in the hub so everyone who opted for laptop exchange was struggling with the same issue, one more customer came in the meantime who was facing same issue. so basically we did the work of delivery executive and brought the product from nearest hub ourselves.
tldr; flipkart delayed delivery 2 days (total time we waited 1 week), out for delivery status stuck for 2 days, customer care couldnt do sh*t, we reached the nearest hub ourselves and exchanged our old laptop and got the new one.
