What is a reasonable purchase price / offer for the following vehicle? Or rather, how much less than the average market price would one expect to pay, given a reported collision?

$17k collision reported on the CarFax: $12k parts & labour on repair estimate, $5k not reported on estimate from repair center (likely storage and towing).
The collision happened at about 10,000km and was repaired with OEM parts at a dealership.
The dealer told us the accident was a collision with a deer.
The current CarGuru Average market price for this vehicle is listed as $37k.
