Has anyone tried the Muscle & Strength basketball performance program?
I’m curious if it’s actually useful or just basic conditioning work repackaged.
I already train 5x a week on an upper/lower + push/pull/legs split. Upper/lower is more strength focused, and push/pull/legs is more hypertrophy.
I want to improve my basketball performance (speed, explosiveness, conditioning, etc.), but I’m not sure if switching to a program like this is worth it or if I should just stick with my current split and add some basketball-specific work on top.
Would this kind of program make a noticeable difference, or is it better to keep my current routine and just tweak it for basketball?
