So today I recieved 4870 rupees from an account by BY SALARY. I went fro 5 AFSB Guwahati, Reporting on 27th April, 2026. I travelled in the Howrah to Kamakhya Vande Bharat, and my return journey was same. My total cost was around 4900.

My question is, was it the TA? because i don't think they will pay for the vande bharat fare, as it costs substantially more than other trains. Or was it something else. Can anybody who has recieved TA before, confirm me this.

Going to ask a very non academic question. How do I improve myself physically. I get short of breath while running, and my arms are a bit weak. I can do 10 pushups with lots of difficulty, and some of the pushups are not even full pushups. And can't even do one pullup. I have access to a gym, but no trainer, so any advice regarding going to the gym is welcome

So question to the physically fit aspirants, how do I actually better myself (I don't have any medical issue, I have got it checked. I am just unfit).

I know there are many videos on youtube about how to start running, how to do this and that, but I want practical approach from you guys.

Anybody who went for this particular batch and got screened in? What happened? How many go recommended?

Got screened out of 5 AFSB. Talking with a few people, it was my PPDT. End of a chapter, but not the book. First attempt for the experience. Let's see what happens next
