Won’t allow online check-in
Hi, I do most of my travel solo for work but we have a family trip tomorrow (domestic, not international) with 9 of us. We went to check in tonight and it won’t allow online check in. I’ve spoken with customer support and the first person said they had no idea why, the second said the flight had changed and tickets had been reissued for some but not all in the party of 9. She went to fix that manually but we still can’t check in. Has anyone had this issue before? I am paranoid having heard horror stories on here and trying to do what I can to get out ahead of it. Really don’t want to lose our seats with a party of 9 which would be a nightmare to rebook. Thanks in advance for any insights anyone on here has!
Editing to add: I think what I’m specifically looking for is if 1.) anyone has had a similar experience and the outcome and 2.) any advice on what to do beyond trying to get there a little early.
