I have a telehealth appointment with an online suboxone clinic( National addiction specialist) im sure they will tell me this but u want to hear from people who experienced it and a actually know…. How long after my last 7oh dose should i take suboxone? Ive been on 1600 to 2000 mgs a day and have tapered down some days to 800-1000mgs a day. Im trying to avoid precipitated Withdrawals so i dont miss work. Any advice and help would be a blessing and greatly appreciated. I have a wife a 3 kids im trying to get clean for . I work 2 jobs and deal with Chronic pain from 2 bad injuries a sustained a few years ago and thought 7oh was a miracle cure and for 2 years it has owned me and im over it. I would rather deal with the pain from my injuries at this point.

Im tapering off 7 rn from 2000mg a day to 1200 rn. My question is when i get to where im ready to jump what MG should i jump off at and after how many days and will gabapentin and clonodine help my withdrawals enough to where i can work? I work 15 hours a day 6-7 days a week.

Ive been taking around 2000 mgs a day for over a year. Im trying to taper now . I can go almost 12 hours sometimes without taking a dose. I am trying to taper now but i need help with a schedule and how much to taper without being in bad shape to where i cant work. I also wanted to know if people have had success with Quit K or Quit Kit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want my life back.
