Need advise
We( I and spouse+ two small kids - ) are looking for a 3bhk in Whitefield- towards the kadugodi side- some place where kids can run and play. We earn 2 lakhs approx a month( wife pm and I am mech engg), have 1 lakh expenses a month, we have a savings of 40 lakhs .We believe we could afford something of 2cr. ( No family backing or generational wealth or any other investment)
Is investing in the Sobha hoskote project worth it? With the current market tensions we are afraid of buying and lost all confidence we had. or should we look into asset marq or prestige park grove resale which readily available by 2027?
Any advice please?
