Can we bring back the old cosmic horror? It definitely wasn't always a must buy item, but in some builds it slotted in so nicely. To get full benefit of the current passive you get pigeonholed into 2-3 items and, respectively, echo has seemed like a big miss so far. I feel like the item got thrown into the trash.
