Hola! Here’s some Gobernador tacos I made. On top of Nixtamal tortillas from Don Zorro Molino made la costra style with Oaxaca cheese, salsa taqueria roja, and pickled red onions. Gobernador & salsa recipe are from Jonathan Zaragoza. Super duper amazing!!!
Hola Taco homies! I made some Alambre tacos tonight. Recipe from Isabel eats: skirt steak, pork chorizo, bacon, onions, bell peppers,and garlic. Finished with Oaxaca cheese. Home made yellow masa harina from Masienda. Salsa de Mocajete verde, recipe from Jonathan Zaragoza. Overall was worth hours in the kitchen. Next time I will drain some grease after cooking the chorizo. But the flavor was excellent! The citrusy notes from the salsa help cut through the rich cheesy meat. This is my first time making tortillas with the yellow masa harina from Masienda. I love the flavor -super corny and sweet!
