Replace Xiaomi 11T with same or better photo quality
I've had my Xiaomi 11T for 4+ years now, it's been a great phone. I was intending to keep it going for a couple more years but it's being blocked by the Australian telcos due to the 3G shutdown. So I need to find a replacement.
I only use my phone for calls, texting, photos and a bit of scrolling. Zero interest in games, apps, or AI.
If it wasn't for the camera I'm sure that a midrange phone would be more than fine. But I really don't want to go backwards in terms of photo quality. How far do I need to push things to get a camera at least as good as the one in my 11T?
Would something like an Oppo Reno 15 F do it, or do I need to look at something more like an Oppo Reno 15 Pro or Xiaomi 17?
I guess there are Pixels that would fit but I really don't want to be giving google any $$$.
