Falmart in a Map Maker

Using Fantasy Map Maker, I decided to try and import Falmart! It uh.. Did not exactly go perfectly, but hey. Just gotta fill it out... I'm sure you'll recognize some of the countries that I've used as filler for now. :3

Most useless part of the game?

What's the most useless part of the game, in your opinion? In mine, it's the server browser. Cause most of the time, if you wanna select a server it's gonna be this:

Things I noticed about the Anime

Yeah just noticed a few thing about the anime that are different, probably for good reasons.

  • Some of the more intense parts are simplified
    • Embassy fight, Sweeper aren't killed by marksmen which causes the route, but instead a mass grenade volley.
  • Armor
    • GAMBESON EXISTS.
    • Also how tf are ya cutting straight through metal?

And more but this is just a rant lol

Do the quest timers for the main quests really count?

I've got 150 days left before the dragon banner quests fail, and I'm wondering if I can just... Let it pass. I don't need the banner, and it really seems to just turn everyone against us. Which... :p

So yea. Do I let it expire? I at least want the barbarian victory achievement.

Really, Really?

So I just had the Gunrics betray the Vlandians (Which I am in,) and they took a lot of cities.

Of course, they take the castles right next to mine, so you know what that means! CHOP CHOP!

^(ok I may have executed Raganvand but really man? You betray Vlandia and go to Sturgia when I've executed their leader. You thought that was a good idea?!?)

Well... I still got the rest of the Gunrics to execute. Here's some pictures I took.

The start of it all.

Unrelated, but kept raiding my villages.

Didn't get Ospir first time around. Had to go with the second best option.

Before, we literally just took Rhotae.

After... This is gonna take a bit.

Someone left him in Lageta, so I rushed over there and executed Ospir. Karma's an axe, Ospir. And it's swinging straight for ya.

... Anyway! How's your campaigns going? We've pushed the Aserai back from Qyuaz, and the Western Empire is down to just one city. Sturgia is next. I swear.

What are Huscarls?

New player here, I’ve seen some videos talking about how good Sturgians Huscarls are. I’ve been wondering where they are, since the only ones close to them in my game is the Heavy Spearmen for Sturgia. I don’t have the Warsails DLC btw

My experience with Bannerlord as a new player

Hey! Picked up the game recently, and got into the community from it. And uh, here’s my experience with the game and kingdoms. As of 1090 ingame.

Vlandia: Ended up selecting them, since they seemed the most well rounded with no downsides that really affect me. Steamrolled the Battanians, leaving them with one city. Greatest threats are the Sturgians, and Aserai.

Sturgia: Holding strong, but is recently being pushed out of the mainland by Vlandia and Northern Empire troops. Troop roster feels… Lacking. I don’t have the War Sails DLC, so maybe that’s why? Heard the Nords took some of their stuff.

Aserai: Exists. Haven’t really done much, lost any ground they took, but hold their starting cities and castles.

Khuzait: Having a hard time pushing westward, the northern and southern empires are holding strong against them. Decent trading from them.

Imperial factions: West is down to 3 cities, North is down to one city and 4 castles, South is the only one doing fine. Kinda.

Battania: Poland. Left with only Marunath to hold, they are praying. Oof.

Is this how it usually goes? I kinda spent my time not joining any faction, just doing free quests. 1087 is when I started actually being a vassal, and going with the Vlandians.

Hey, I'm in the middle of my game, still a mercenary, tier 2.5 clan, and around a 100 unit army. Was thinking about replacing some troops for better ones, since I've heard Battanian archers are the best in the game. Anything else I should change too?

  • Infantry (43)
    • Imperial Legionaires, Majority of them
    • Vlandian Billmen, needed some spears in an army.
    • Assorted recruits, mostly Imperial and Vlandians.
  • Ranged (21?)
    • Imperial Archers, only have them since I started out in the Southern Empire
    • Imperial Crossbowmen, seem to engage at a shorter distance then archers?
    • Vlandian Levy Crossbowman, picked up from hideout attacks.
  • Cavalry (25/15)
    • Vlandian Banner Knight, better than the Imperial troops I used in the early game.
    • Khuzite Mounted Archers, an assorted variety of them, I did not keep count.

I've also got 2 caravans running around making money.
