I'm basically a t the finish line with this project (a foam-blade dagger) however this last part is now giving me a bit of a headache. Not only is it really hard to get a print of the quality I'd want (forget printing it any other ways than upright because it WILL come out broken and deformed) but I'm also questioning whether printing it is even a good idea, as those three points turn out to be a genuine hazard, that I wouldn't really want to be wearing on my body.

I don't think making it out of foam will work here, due to the small size, so I'm looking for alternate material options. I was thinking silicone or something like that, make a mold and then pour it?

Any suggestions and advice greatly appreciated
