Can anyone who has chosen their path confirm the type of tasks for Blanche and Spark?

I’m trying to figure out which one would be the best for me considering where I live is going into winter and it can be very rainy so sometimes going outside is difficult.

I also live in an area with few pokestops.

The battling/raiding is out because I’m not big into battling and most raids I do are remote.
