Do I change my insurance first so the DMV can issue me a new plate and license, or do I need to go to the DMV to get a new license and plate, then get my insurance premium changed over?
I don't want to get hit with some non-compliance fine or something.
Main floor exterior window. Right above is where master bed and master bath transition, but there are no sink/toilet/shower above it. There is central AC ductwork running above it, because on the 2nd floor there is a floor register right above this area. There is no 2nd floor window above this area to indicate a bad window seal.
Is this water intrusion from above? From the wall? From the window? Condensation from AC?
House is 25 years old, roof is 4 years old. Vinyl siding looks flawless along entire length of wall. No visible gaps on the overhang under the roof.
